Sanity of a Sanctuary or BUST!

The Saunder's Sanctuary, HA....more like Saunder's Sloppy Slum!

I made a few decisions in the beginning of the year. One of which was to whip our very neglected home and yard back into the beautiful, relaxing sanctuary that we love and enjoy!!!!

MY PLANS ARE BIG!! REALLY REALLY BIG!!!!

PROBABLY TOO BIG FOR THE TIME IN WHICH I WANT THEM DONE!

These plans of mine involve concrete (poured, stamped & stained), gardens, erecting and repairing of playgrounds complete with playhouse, zip lines, tunnels and more. There is weed removal, deck remodeling with hopes of a covering over it, then there is the sanding & painting that needs to be done. Pool cleaning, repair and safety features that need to be done. Building of storage and/or a garage/shed for our overflowing garage and husbands toys and projects! (don't ask)

Then there is my personal desire, one I have been designing, contemplating and mulling over and over in my very active brain! A cozy relaxing patio designed for full access to arts & crafts of all types, chalk boards, magnet/dry erase boards, playdoh, new discoveries and explorations (messy & neat), fine motor and mind developing items and activities that are fun and engaging, beautiful potted plants, comfy lounging (so one can thumb through magazines) along with gentle breeze fans placed appropriately for every ones comfort! (after all it is hot and humid here!)

Seeing what needs to be done in actual pictures makes one realize how big ones plans really are and how much work and time it's going to take!!! So if any of you out there are bored or need something to do come right on over I got plenty and I am willing to share!

Specially if you have a pool person who loves a challenge!! ;-}
